Waking up is literally one of the hardest things to do every day. Could these methods help you start your day?
1. Plan a fun activity
Fun activities could be watching TV, eating food, or even contemplating how it’s inevitable that all of humanity will die off.
2. Move your alarm
You should put your alarm on the other side of your room, so when you hear it you’ll have to get up to turn it off.
Plan an easy morning fitness routine to get you pumped up and ready for the day.
4. Turn off snooze
JUST DO IT. No matter how much you love it the snooze button does help anybody wake up in the morning.
5. Drink tons of water
Before you go to sleep, drink a lot of water (unless your prone to wetting the bed) so you will have to get up to go to the bathroom.
6. Go to sleep early
Get your work done and go to sleep.
7. Listen to music
Listen to your favorite jams that always put you in a good mood.
I absolutely hate waking up in the morning, but these methods help me out. Hopefully they’ll help you out too!
