Homecoming of 2015 was a major success. It was a first for our freshman and a last for our seniors. It truly was a night to remember. Now, what about for those students that go to other schools in Baldwin County? How was their experience?
A Fairhope senior, Chloe Wadsworth, attended our homecoming dance with her best friend, Raine Hinkle, and that’s me! I asked her a few questions to find out her impression of Foley High and its students.
So Chloe, how did you meet Raine?
– I met Raine in American Eagle when I was helping out at the store during the Tax Free Weekend. She was the first person to actually talk to me, and then we just started hanging out a lot afterwards and became best friends.
What was the difference between a Fairhope and Foley homecoming?
– Fairhope homecoming was more decorative and had food there, but I had way more fun at Foley because everyone talked to everyone and danced with everyone. Foley didn’t just have their own groups of people and their own clicks. I like the Foley swing dances, and I would really love to learn those. I will hopefully be at more of y’alls events.
Did you make any friends at the dance?
– I’ve made some new friends going to the football games, Homecoming, and hanging out with Raine. I’ve always been good at meeting new people. I’m not shy, and I like making new friends.
